Environments, Cinematics, Paintings
Hello, my name is Charles Workman. I
am an artist who specializes in building
and lighting 3-D environments and levels
for PC and console game titles.
I have been an artist in the gaming industry
for over 15 years now. My first title was
Return to Zork for Activision which was a PC
title that shipped in 1993.
Since that time I have run the gamut of
developing on different platforms, from the
Sega Genesis up to the XBOX-360. I really
enjoy setting the stage for a level or
cinematic by employing the right mix of
dynamic or mood lighting. I also like to
experiment with lighting in the traditional
artwork that I create, whether it be in a
painting or pencil rendering.
